PROFILE
Sharon Hobbs, M.A., is a certified coach and a trained psychotherapist with a passion and enthusiasm for people. She has spent over 20 years consulting to various small and large-scale public and private sector organizations. Her experience also includes counselling, coaching, and the development of workshops and seminars to individuals, couples, families and groups. Sharon has had extensive experience in human resources management with particular emphasis on culture change, leadership development, mentoring and coaching, and performance oriented results. She helps individuals and organizations find greater balance and alignment in all aspects of personal and professional life.
Sharon Hobbs has a Masters of Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University and a combined Bachelor of Sociology and Psychology degree from Carleton University. She is functionally bilingual and is a qualified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Sharon is a member of the Canadian Counselling And Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF), and the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
